Cheryl was very helpful during the purchase process and Mike personally reached out to walk me through the installation process both pre and post delivery. My room had a tight layout and when a unique requirement arose, Mike fabricated and shipped out a custom piece for my unit to properly secure it to the wall. You just don’t see this level of customer service and care anymore.

“Cheryl and I worked tirelessly to develop the best layout for my needs in my home office. I wanted a queen size bed (for guests) , desk, bookcases, and a "closet" and sure enough we came up with a perfect layout. I love it and it works perfectly in my office. My kids stay in this room all the time and the bed is very comfortable. They even have night tables and a usb port to plug in their phones. All great! I recommend highly.”
